La Semana Santa / Easter

Semana Santa, or Holy Week, and Domingo de Pascua, or Easter Sunday, will be here soon and you’ll be celebrating with family and friends. Easter is a very important, special time of celebration and valuable traditions. Many of our traditions include food and we invite you to come celebrate with us this Pascua! We welcome you to come for Pascua or any time during the two weeks of festivities. Whether you celebrate both Semana Santa and Pascua or just Pascua, you’ll find our traditional foods to be a delicious part of your observance.

Pescua is our time to celebrate with somber gratitude and also with joy and thankfulness. This means lots of food, love and family. Spend some time with the children making Cascarones, or Mexican Easter eggs, and then let them break the eggs over each others’ heads, to see who gets the confetti and the wish!

For your convenience, you can reserve our party room for your gathering. The banquets at Mattitos are renowned! If you’d like to stay at home and party, you can take advantage of our catering services. With our catering services, you can enjoy Mattito’s award-winning Mexican dishes in your own home. If you’re not at home, use our party delivery, where we provide all of the disposable utensils and dishes that you’ll need. We make it easy for you to enjoy Mattitos anywhere!

We have everything that you need to honor Pascua with food, fun and loved ones. Come and enjoy our lush, beautiful patios and our comfortable dining rooms. We offer delicious traditional dishes that will help you honor Miercoles de Ceniza, or Ash Wednesday, through Cuaresma, or Lent, and past Semana Santa. Savor traditional sopas, tamales, tacos, quesadillas, ensaladas, fajitas, enchiladas and a variety of platillos. Enjoy a tasty selection of traditional pescado, camerones and vegetable dishes for Cuaresma and Viernes Santo, or Good Friday. Whatever you choose, you’ll want to make us your Pascua tradition from now on!

Come and be a part of our Mattitos family this Pescua. Celebrate with us and enjoy the wonderful foods of the Pascua tradition.
