Visiting Dallas

As one of the biggest cities in Texas, Dallas has a lot to offer its visitors, from its expansive history to its thrill rides. East Dallas has a number of vintage shops and coffeehouses whereas South Dallas offers fairgrounds and parks anybody can enjoy.

Of the various attractions available, many Dallas visitors long to visit the Cowboys Stadium, which is located in Arlington. The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas Aquarium at Fair Park are both popular options for tourists. The Dallas Zoo offers 97 acres of animals for the entire family to enjoy. For the thrill seekers, Zero Gravity offers a handful of thrill rides and Six Flags Over Texas offers many roller coasters.

History is another major component of Dallas culture. In addition to a number of art and history museums, the Sixth Floor Museum stands out as the most intriguing. It is an entire museum dedicated to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy located right in the building Lee Harvey Oswald fired the fatal shots.

Food in Dallas is wildly popular among travelers. Mattito's is known for offering the best Tex Mex in Dallas. This Uptown restaurant was voted as offering the best brunch in Dallas and also has locations in Las Colinas and Forest Lane. Beltline Road offers more restaurants per capita than any other location in the country. No matter the craving, Dallas has something to satisfy it.
Traveling to Dallas, whether it is the first time or the fiftieth, can be an adventure, where you choose to get the best Tex Mex in Dallas at Mattito's or want to explore museums, there is something there for everybody.
