General Manager at Mattito's Flower Mound

Alex Mora was born in Mexico City and started his restaurant career as a busboy in Monterrey, Mexico. After 27 years, he’s still in the food business, and the last seven of those years have been spent with Mattito’s. Alex is passionate about his family, the Oakland Raiders, and making sure that our guests have an amazing experience from the moment that they walk in the door. He does not have a favorite dish at Mattito’s; instead, he loves everything on our menu equally and hopes that our diners will, too.
