Available for all types of events including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays , corporate events, holiday gatherings, Bar / Bat Mitzvah and more. Banquet FAQ

What kinds of parties does Mattito’s host? 

Mattito's hosts the most legendary events in all of DFW. We've hosted rehearsal dinners, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, and more. The choice is yours with our wide variety of rooms to choose from.

How far in advance should I book my event? 

You decide when to book your event. We've accomodated same week requests as well as book a year in advance. We're here to service you.

Do I have to supply my own silverware? 

Stainless flatware is provided for all of your guests. You don't have to worry about a thing. 

What should I do if some of my guests have food allergies? 

If a guest has food allergies, please notify our location management a few days prior to the event. We'll ensure the proper arrangements are made. 

Do you provide vegan and vegetarian options? 

Yes. We have several options to choose from for no additional charge. 

What are my payment options? 

Event balances are paid in full at the end of the event. We accept cash and major credit cards. 

What are the different types of portions you provide?

In-house banquet events include an all you can eat buffet. The appetizer, lunch, and dinner banquet menus each have a wide array of menu choices for you to choose from, including drink and dessert packages. 

What do I do if more people than I attended show up to my event? 

The location will provide additional food and beverages. The host is responsible for paying for the confirmed guest count, the actual guest count attending or the room minimum whichever is the higher. 

Are substitutions on the menu allowed? 

Of course! We are happy to substitute items from other menus or create a full custom menu. Whatever suits your needs best. Additional charges may apply. 

Which room should I use for my party? 

The best way to determine the correct banquet room for you is to contact location management to schedule a viewing for a time most convenient for you. 

What do I need to do in order to book my event? 

The first step is to confirm that the room and potential menus fit your needs. If so, you'll place a deposit to reserve the event space. All deposits are pre-payments towards the final bill, which is paid at the event's end. 

What if I need to reschedule? 

Not a problem! Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used toward your rescheduled event. 

Do I get a refund if I have to cancel? 

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. 

Are decorations provided? 

We provide white base tablecloths and colorful overlays only. 

Am I allowed to decorate the rooms myself? 

We do not allow items to be taped to the walls, but most decorations are fine. Let location management know of your plans and we'd be happy to help in any way we can. 

How does clean up work? 

The Mattito's staff will take care of that for you. 

How early do we need to check in? 

You are not required to check in early, but you are more than welcome to come to Mattito's an hour prior to the event. 

Are we allowed to play loud music? 

Guest may bring in music boxes or a DJ for their event. Management may ask to turn it down if other guests are disturbed.

Deposits/ Cancellations - In order to secure the event space a room deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable and are prepayments applied to the final bill.

Room Minimums - Each event room is assigned a sales minimum for food and beverage. The minimum varies based on the room size, the day of the week selected and the time of day. If the minimum food and beverage is not met then the fee will apply for the difference. Taxes and staff gratuity do not apply towards the food and beverage minimums.

Guest Guarantee - The final guaranteed number of guests is required two days prior to the event. The final bill will reflect the higher of:

  1. The final guest count guarantee.
  2. The actual number of guest served.
  3. The guaranteed room minimum.
